Director Professional Services

Job Description:

Knouen currently has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Professional Services at our North American headquarters in Redmond, WA.  The Director, Professional Services leads a team of Implementation Consultants/Project Managers who are responsible for the implementation of and training on Knouen’s Siebel CRM solutions.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Sets strategy, methodology and direction for the professional services team.
• Oversees the completion of requirement definitions, functional specification, system and technical architecture definition and implementation.
• Provides people management and development as well as business leadership.
• Utilizes project management tools to analyze results and utilization.
• Reviews completed proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction prior to presentation to customer.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Creates a cross function collaboration methodology with support
• Full team financial responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business application sales and services, including 5 years of Siebel project management and/or implementation experience.
• Must have experience managing Siebel CRM implementations, proposals and managing teams responsible for implementation and project management.
• Excellent management skills.
• Must have experience selling and supporting software in the upper-mid to enterprise market.
• Must have experience developing new business, and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Must have operational experience to include setting up SOW’s, rules of engagement, contracts, and other infrastructure to the professional services team.
