Implementation Consultants - Siebel CRM

Job Description:
Knouen Implementation Consultants will manage onsite/remote installation of Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire implementation process.
  • Acting as both a Functional and Technical consultant.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings.
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements.
  • Provide guidance on optimal configuration options to meet customer needs.
  • Create project deliverables and timeline.
  • Configure, manage and test Knouen solutions.
  • Create documentation, train customers and prepare for deployment of service– all within defined timeframe of completion.
  • Support Knouen customers during and after product deployments.
  • Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous implementations by continually motivating customers, ensuring project timelines are met, and customer issues are addressed.
  • Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross-functional teams in a timely manner to ensure implementation issues are addressed early.
  • Quickly ramp-up on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation of these features for customers.
  • Contribute to special projects as needed to ensure successful implementation and solution launches, improved internal processes/methodologies and on-going retention/satisfaction of customer base.
  • Accurately track project time allocation on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience as a consultant, systems integrator or sales engineer working with enterprise applications and solutions
  • 5 years of Siebel CRM experience
  • Thorough knowledge of .NET and SQL
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience and understanding of databases, preferably MS SQL
  • Able to travel up to 70% (US and Canada only)
