Technical Sales

Location:  Seattle, WA

Knouen Technologies offers a unique growth opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise software sales. We seek a unique individual that is able to wear both a solution sales and technical hat.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer need and effectively establish Knouen’s solutions as the best to address that need
  • Present Knouen’s technology architecture, including demonstrating deep familiarity with Knouen’s software stack
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of Knouen’s solutions to all levels including IT, line of business managers and "C" level executives
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations of Knouen’s solutions
  • Perform needs gathering and requirement analysis for new customers
  • Attain quarterly and annual revenue objectives

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 5 + years in a comparable technical or pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle for a CRM company or similar technology
  • Previous application experience with Siebel CRM, Oracle CRM, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying process
  • Successful quota achievement
  • BA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience

Experience/Skills Desired:

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
