• Which versions of Office/Outlook are supported by Knouen OfficeSync?

   Knouen OfficeSync supports Office 2003, Office 2007 and Office 2010.

• Which versions of Siebel are supported by Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel?

  Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel will support any version of Siebel that has the Siebel COM Connector.  The COM Connector was added in v6.1x so we will support any version of Siebel from that point forward.

• Our Siebel system is heavily customized for our business needs. Will Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel support our customizations?

  Yes.  Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel was designed as an enterprise-ready product and supports the customizations made by our customers. To prove this out we include supporting your customizations in the Accelerated Implementation Program. 

• Which RDBMS systems do you support?

  We support the three primary database systems for Siebel in the market: Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2. 

• Do we need to make any changes to our Exchange system to support Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel?

  Absolutely not. Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel does not have a requirement for Microsoft Exchange, only Microsoft Outlook. We have several customers who use hosted e-mail services and are able to use Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel without any issues.
