However the level of effort to install and configure most enterprise systems can be substantial and the costs can outweigh the benefits. There is also a risk that the solution may not meet the needs of your organization.
Knouen provides companies the opportunity to experience the value of our solutions first hand. Our Accelerated Implementation Program allows companies to run a proof-of-concept evaluation using a commercial version of OfficeSync for a nominal investment. The Accelerated Implementation Program provides:

On-site installation and production ready configuration of OfficeSync by a Knouen consultant

Ability to test and evaluate OfficeSync for as long as your organization requires to as many users in order to satisfy all stakeholder

Web-based training, access to Knouen’s knowledge base and implementation experts to answer any questions
Once you complete your evaluation and decide to move forward with licensing OfficeSync, we will work with your company to migrate your system from the proof-of-concept stage to a production environment, leveraging 100% of your work and investment. If your company decides not to use OfficeSync, simply remove our application from your systems. There are no further obligations.
Our goal is to make it as easy and cost effective as possible for your company to evaluate our software in your environment. In as little as three weeks and with minimal impact on your precious IT resources, your company will have a system configured specifically for your environment and end users.
