Sr. Inside Sales Professional

An emerging leader in providing software technology solutions that increase the productivity of enterprise sales professionals is looking for a motivated Sr. Inside Sales Professional.  You will build on our initial customer’s success, and the great reception we've received in the marketplace, and selectively identify and create revenue-generating customers and partnership opportunities.  This is a great ground-floor opportunity in a growing company where you can play a significant leadership role. 

You must be capable of closing deals with our existing contacts as well as build a qualified sales pipeline through existing leads, cold-calling and lead generation efforts.

We are currently looking for Sr. Inside Sales Professional with following responsibilities

 

·         Aggressive self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills

·          Ability to work under pressure of quota and adapt to a changing environment

·          Manage/overcome prospect objections

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·          A passion for technology and ability to relate technology to business

·         Enjoys prospecting by phone, driving a sales process, possesses strong communication skills, both oral and written.

·         2+ years of OUTBOUND enterprise software sales with  TELESALES!

·         1+ years experience selling to and closing C-Level clients from mid to large sized corporations

·         Experience selling a CRM product would be a huge plus!

Salaries will include fair base plus commission. We're putting together a great stock option plan (you'll be among the first non-founders hired, so it'll be a bigger slice of the company than you might be used to).  Work hours and environment are pretty flexible and non-extreme.   


 

 Senior Sales Executive


We are looking for entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executives that have experience in startup enterprise software companies to assist in selling of Knouen Software. Knouen has developed exciting productivity software and solutions that enable organizations to increase productivity and team-based activities for optimized efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. You must be a true hunter as the focus is currently on new business development to increase customer penetration. You will be responsible for selling Knouen Software's solutions to line-of-business executives and stakeholders in order to develop long term, mutually beneficial relationships. You should have a minimum of 10 years business experience with 5+ years of enterprise software direct and channel sales experience either meeting or exceeding allocated quotas. These positions require up to 50% travel.

Primary Responsibilities 

 

  • Consistently meet or exceed established revenue quotas 
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer business problems and drivers to effectively link solutions to customer goals and objectives 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and qualified sales opportunities 
  • Establish and retain current knowledge of products and service offerings 
  • Build and maintain customer relationships 
  • Minimize or eliminate customer objections through solution selling, consultative problem solving and adapting product/solution offerings to meet client business goals 


Secondary Responsibilities 

  • Communicate sales activity and pipeline forecasts to management and sales team 
  • Keep abreast of product, technology and industry changes 
  • Present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and ROI analyses to persuasively illustrate the benefits of proposed solutions 
  • Prepare and deliver Request for Proposal (RFP) responses 
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding requests by prospects for new features and products 
  • Set appropriate client expectations regarding implementation and delivery 


Qualifications Required 

  • 5+ years of enterprise software direct sales experience either meeting or exceeding allocated quotas 
  • Strong ability to prospect and qualify new customers 
  • Experience in direct sales to large Fortune 1000 clients at executive levels of organization 
  • Consultative/Solution Selling skills 
  • Excellent client relationship skills 
  • Lives in geography and prepared to travel 
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven problem solving ability 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Ability to influence decision makers 
  • Ability to develop strong, favorable working relationships with internal Sales Engineers

  • Technical orientation while selling enterprise software  

 Senior Software Developer


   You will be part of a small team of very experienced software architects creating the next generation of enterprise information integration and composite software that uniquely bridges unstructured data with structured collaborative business processes. The perfect candidate will thrive in producing high quality, customer-focused software modules while continuously seeking to strike the right balance between extreme software development methodologies and the time and customer-driven pressures of a dynamic, rapid start-up company.

Qualifications Required 

  • 5+ years of architecting, designing and developing enterprise software products
  • Proven problem solving 
  • Strong .NET\C# programming skills and object oriented programming 
  • Multi threaded programming 
  • Strong relational database background (SQL server and Oracle) 
  • Web Services, XML, SOAP, XSLT, CSS 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 


Qualifications Desired 

  • Experience working with Offshore development team 
  • Experience working \programming with Siebel, SAP will be a big plus
